Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Lead employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Drive performance management and Learning & Development initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Nigerian labour laws
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 12 to 18 years' experience in HR Operations, with proven experience in the automobile industry
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Learning & Development
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- CIPM/SHRM certification is an added advantage
