About this role

HTQ-ATS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate for a fully remote position in Nigeria. HTQ-ATS is building a hiring and recruitment platform designed to simplify applicant tracking and candidate management for recruiters, hiring managers, and organizations. In this entry-level role, you will support candidate and employer engagement, resolve platform inquiries, and handle day-to-day customer support tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and passionate about creating a positive, seamless experience for all platform users while maintaining accurate interaction records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist users with platform onboarding, navigation, and initial account setup.
  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with candidates and employers throughout their support journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support tickets.
  • Support platform engagement activities and user feedback campaigns.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to resolve technical or operational issues. Assist with user documentation and administrative support processes.
  • Prepare support performance reports and maintain data documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform usability and user satisfaction.
  • Perform other customer care and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Communications, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of customer service, support, or administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
