About this role

The Ardova Plc Graduate Trainee Program 2026 is an early-career development initiative designed to identify, develop, and prepare exceptional graduates for future leadership opportunities within Nigeria’s energy sector. Through structured learning, mentorship, and practical exposure, the programme aims to equip young professionals with the skills and experience required to build successful careers in a leading integrated energy company. Participants will gain cross-functional exposure across various operational areas of the business, including fuel marketing, lubricants, gas, power, and renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in structured graduate development training and practical hands-on learning.
  • Participate in cross-functional rotations to develop a broad understanding of the energy sector and Ardova’s business operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with experienced professionals and actively participate in mentorship sessions.
  • Take on new challenges, responsibilities, and operational assignments in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and a strong commitment to professional and leadership development.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) from an accredited university.
  • A degree in Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Electrical Engineering, or relevant business-related disciplines.
  • Minimum of five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in one sitting.
  • Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and possess a valid NYSC discharge certificate.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in different operational locations across Nigeria if required.
