People Operations & Performance Executive

Pandora Agency is seeking a People Operations & Performance Executive for a remote position based in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening recruitment systems, managing performance processes, supporting capability development, and maintaining operational standards that drive a high-performance culture. Working closely with senior leadership stakeholders, you will play a critical role in enforcing operational discipline while supporting team growth and development across the organization.

• Strengthen and optimize internal recruitment and hiring systems to attract top talent.
• Drive structured performance management processes consistently across all teams.
• Support learning, training, and capability development initiatives to build team skills.
• Maintain high operational discipline, execution standards, and people operations frameworks.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to align people operations with overall business objectives.

• Proven professional experience managing recruitment and performance management systems.
• Strong operational discipline and sound judgment when handling people management matters.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce workplace standards while actively supporting employee growth.
• Experience collaborating with and managing relationships with senior leadership stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
