About this role
Episode Interiors is seeking a professional Customer Service & Showroom Executive for a full-time position in Ikoyi, Lagos. This dual-function role is ideal for an organized and articulate individual who can seamlessly blend standard showroom customer management with digital marketing execution. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring premium customer experiences for both online and walk-in clients while actively managing the company's social media channels and driving showroom product marketing to meet strategic revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional customer service to walk-in and online clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer service strategies and operational policies. Manage, track, and optimize client interactions using customer service tools.
- Achieve established sales targets and support consistent company revenue growth.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media channels and the company blog.
- Manage the daily operations of company social media pages and the official website.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and systematically analyze operational KPIs.
- Develop strategies to improve overall brand visibility and business growth.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in customer service and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools including Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and related platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Practical knowledge of showroom management and product marketing.
- Must be willing and available to work 3 Saturdays per month.
- Monthly salary of ₦250,000 – ₦300,000.
