The Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to attract, develop, and nurture high-potential young professionals across diverse academic disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate fully in all structured training sessions, developmental assignments, and cross-functional job rotations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and senior colleagues on assigned business projects and corporate initiatives.
- Employ strong analytical skills to evaluate data, review internal processes, and identify strategic areas for growth or efficiency.
- Proactively propose innovative, practical solutions to modern business challenges.
- Maintain clear, professional communication and high-level interpersonal skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of performance targets, showing a self-driven and results-oriented approach to all tasks.
Requirements:
- University Educational Qualification with a minimum of a Second-Class Honours (Lower Division) or an HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
- Maximum age of 27 years by 30 June 2026. Minimum of 5 credits (including English and Mathematics) in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE).
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completion by 30 June 2026.
- Excellent communication, strong analytical, and robust relationship management skills.
- Highly innovative mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong capacity for teamwork.
