Cartway is seeking tech-savvy National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members currently serving in Oyo State to join its team. These entry-level opportunities are structured as hybrid roles based in Ibadan, offering a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration. The company is recruiting across multiple engineering, commercial, and administrative domains to integrate fresh talent into its operations.

• React Native Dev: Support the front-end development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications.

• NodeJs Dev: Assist in building, optimizing, and maintaining backend services, APIs, and server-side logic.

• Sales & Partnerships: Drive growth initiatives, manage client relationships, and support commercial outreach.

• HR (Human Resources): Support daily personnel administration, documentation, and team engagement workflows.

• CSR (Customer Support): Act as a touchpoint for users, resolving inquiries and managing customer satisfaction.

• Must be an active NYSC corps member currently deployed to Oyo State.

• Must be "tech-savvy" with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to modern digital tools and workflows.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and easily commute to the office when required.

• Location requirement: Must be based in or near Ibadan to access the office location at Arinze Garden, beside Providence Estate, Eleyele-Sango Rd, Ibadan.
