A fast-growing global fintech and digital payments company is seeking an execution-driven Head of Marketing, Acquisition & Growth for a full-time, fully remote position. This executive leadership role is designed for a growth operator who can scale consumer technology products, drive high-volume user acquisition, and deliver measurable business outcomes across African, U.S., European, and diaspora markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy: Lead and scale multi-channel acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth frameworks.

  • Growth Systems: Build high-performing growth loops across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community-led channels.

  • Ecosystem Development: Develop strategic creator, partnership, and brand ambassador ecosystems.

  • Performance & Lifecycle Marketing: Lead data-driven performance marketing and customer lifecycle initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams to translate product value into compelling market narratives.

  • Metrics & Analytics: Monitor and optimize key growth metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), activation, conversion, retention, and cohort performance.

Requirements Experience & Domain Knowledge
  • Tenure: Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Sector Background: Strong background in fintech, digital payments, consumer internet products, creator economy platforms, high-growth tech startups, or digital wallets.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success scaling consumer digital products or user communities in high-growth, high-accountability environments.

  • Core Competencies: Deep understanding of growth economics, performance marketing, attribution models, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Leadership: Strong executive communication, stakeholder management skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams.
