HR Officer
About this role
Bolton White Group, an independent hospitality brand focused on providing world-class services, is recruiting for a full-time HR Officer. Based in Abuja (FCT), this position involves supporting day-to-day human resources operations, maintaining internal corporate standards, and executing essential administrative tasks within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities-
Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including the internal HR database, attendance, leave logs, and physical personnel files.

Recruitment Support: Assist in end-to-end recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Documentation & Onboarding: Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding packs, while coordinating orientation schedules and employee inductions.

Benefits & Payroll: Assist with basic payroll preparation, leave management systems, and the administration of employee benefits.

Internal Communication: Respond to daily employee queries regarding corporate HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.

Training & Compliance: Coordinate corporate training sessions, workshops, and staff engagement events while ensuring compliance with national labor laws and internal policies.

Tenure: 2–5 years of dedicated HR or administrative experience.

Core Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office utilities, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
