About the Role Megamound Investment Limited is recruiting a Head of Accounts & Finance to partner with executive leadership in steering corporate financial strategy, overseeing high-level financial reporting, driving tax compliance, and managing corporate cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Reporting: Lead the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, corporate budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

• Taxation & Compliance: Oversee tax planning, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and coordinate audit requirements.

• Strategic Insights & Team Leadership: Analyze financial data for cost optimization, advise management on investment decisions, and supervise accounting staff.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, or CPA) and prior experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
