Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

• Monitor inventory costs and support stock valuation processes.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.

• Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.

• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–8 years of relevant accounting experience.

• ICAN/ACA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.

• Manufacturing experience, preferably in mattress or related industries, is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, inventory, and accounting skills.

• Must reside in Alagbado and its environs.
