About the Role
CWAY Nigeria Dairy Company Limited is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to support production operations, ensuring quality, safety, and process efficiency. The role is based in Ogun State (onsite, full-time).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- 4–5 years' relevant production experience, preferably in dairy or FMCG manufacturing
- Proven experience supervising and managing production teams
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Good knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality management
