Operations Specialist

Expatray is hiring an Operations Specialist to execute strategies defined by the team and support day-to-day operations. This is a versatile, resourceful role covering operational workflows, administrative and customer-engagement tasks, marketing deliverables, and any area where execution is needed

• Execute tasks and deliverables assigned across different business areas
• Handle operational workflows and internal processes
• Support administrative and customer-engagement related tasks
• Execute marketing deliverables
• Stay aware of ongoing activity across the company
• Identify gaps, delays, or inefficiencies and address or escalate issues
• Follow through until outcomes are achieved

• BA/BSc/HND
• 1-3 years' experience
• Ability to take initiative and execute without constant supervision
• Strong ownership, organizational, and time management skills
• Clear, direct communication
• Ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift
• Comfortable using modern tools to work efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
