We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, and escalate complex issues when necessary. The role covers Lagos and Ogun State

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Process customer orders and modifications accurately
• Handle customer concerns across multiple communication channels
• Escalate complaints and complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Remain calm and professional when dealing with frustrated customers
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Experience in customer service or a related role
• Good computer skills and the ability to work with customer service systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Good attention to detail
