A travel and aviation recruitment exercise in Abuja is seeking a Ticketing & Reservations Officer to handle flight bookings, reservations and client travel arrangements

Responsibilities

Process flight ticketing and reservations for clients
Manage booking systems and issue travel documents
Advise clients on routes, fares and travel options
Handle changes, cancellations and rebooking requests
Support corporate and individual travel accounts

Requirements

Experience in ticketing, reservations or travel management
Familiarity with reservation/booking systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure
Ability to work on-site in Abuja

Compensation: attractive salary plus commission on all transactions
