About the Role
We are seeking a Male Regional Sales Manager to train and supervise sales agents, monitor market activities, and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
Key Responsibilities- Train and onboard new sales agents.
- Monitor sales agents across assigned markets.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
- Provide regular market updates and feedback to the CEO.
- Follow company directives and operational procedures.
- Fixed salary of ₦70,000 monthly, with 50% paid at the beginning of the month.
- ₦250 commission for every field sale made by sales agents under your supervision.
- ₦2,500 commission for each personal annual sale.
- ₦1,500 commission for each personal 6-month sale.
- Male candidates only.
- Must visit assigned markets regularly.
- Must be present in the markets at least 4 times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
- Must clock in and clock out during market visits.
- Must provide clear and timely feedback to management.
- Must strictly follow company directives and instructions.
