Compliance Analyst

Terawork's client, a company in the Fintech industry, is recruiting a Compliance Analyst to join its team in Lagos (hybrid — on-site two times a week).

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in KYC, KYB, AML, compliance, or financial crime (preferably in Fintech, Payments, FX, or Banking)
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C onboarding, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
• Knowledge of UBO identification, corporate structures, PEP identification, and AML/CFT requirements
• Experience with Source of Funds / Source of Wealth verification

Salary: ₦300,000 monthly
