About this role
We are looking for an experienced, strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the entire HR function — talent, culture, performance, compensation, and compliance — and build a high-performance organisation.
Responsibilities- HR strategy and workforce planning
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Performance management and learning & development
- Employee relations and engagement
- Compensation and benefits
- Labour law compliance
- HR policy and metrics reporting
- Partnering with department heads on talent needs
- Proven experience leading HR functions in a growing organisation
- 7+ years HR experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
- Strong grasp of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification is an added advantage
₦800,000 – ₦1,500,000 gross monthly.
