Operations Manager
About this role
TheHRHive's client, Savetown, is rebuilding the path to homeownership for Nigerians through escrow-backed savings schemes, community accountability, and vetted housing options — operating at the intersection of fintech, real estate, and community. They are seeking an Operations Manager to design and optimize workflows connecting the savings platform, community managers, housing scheme partners, and member support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quarterly and annual operational plans and capacity forecasts.
- Coordinate business activities across sales, customer success, marketing, product, and admin.
- Build operational processes and workflows from the ground up, identifying bottlenecks and scalable solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance using defined KPIs.
- Oversee relationships with external partners, including housing developers, escrow providers, and logistics vendors.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations (fintech, real estate, or startup experience ideal).
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling processes from scratch.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Founder mindset — proactive, ownership-driven, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
