Content Curator

Bored Panda, a leading tech-driven media and entertainment company producing uplifting content in 17 languages, is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Content Curator to join its publishing team. You will act as a key editor and quality tester in a high-volume pipeline for one of the world's leading publishers of stories that cure boredom, working with a diverse team of over 350 creative individuals from 42 countries.

• Select high-performing articles from the archives and fresh output, using both keen editorial judgment and performance data to guide your picks.
• Edit and transform story-based articles (titles, text, and cover images) using semi-automated and manual tools to ensure they meet MSN publishing standards.
• Perform pre-publish checks and execute post-rejection fixes to prepare articles for successful re-uploading.
• Rigorously test new templates, formats, and workflow changes on sample articles, actively flagging unexpected behavior before it hits production.
• Spot formatting, title, or visual inconsistencies that fall outside standard rules and ask critical questions rather than blindly following a checklist.

• Proven experience in content curation and manual editing for story-based digital media.
• Sharp attention to detail with an intuitive sense for when visuals, titles, or layouts look off.
• A proactive, inquisitive mindset — you don't just execute tasks, you raise red flags when something feels wrong.
• Ability to leverage performance metrics alongside editorial instincts to drive content selection.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and editorial) to ensure all titles and articles meet international standards.
