Procurement Officer
About this role
Horatio Limited is recruiting a Procurement Officer to support procurement and sourcing activities across its operations in Lagos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years' procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas or construction
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing strategies
- Good understanding of oil & gas and construction procurement
- Proficiency in RFQs, quotations, purchase orders and procurement reports
- Strong commercial negotiation and vendor evaluation skills
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities
Certifications:
- CIPS, NIGP, or other relevant procurement certifications are an added advantage
