Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' operations management experience; QSR, FMCG, hospitality, or retail industry strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multiple store locations and driving team performance.
- Strong expertise in sales monitoring, inventory, food cost control, and quality compliance.
