Customer Service Representative (Intern)

Voltrise Solar & Technologies is on a mission to make clean, reliable and affordable solar energy accessible to more homes and businesses. We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative (Intern) to join our team and help us connect with potential customers. This is a remote role with a flexible schedule.

• Make calls to prospects: reach out to potential customers, introduce our solar solutions and answer basic questions.
• Handle inquiries and provide support: respond to customer questions, share product information and address concerns.
• Update the lead tracker: record call outcomes, follow-ups and customer details accurately using Google Workspace tools.
• Work with the team: collaborate with the lead generation intern and support the sales process by ensuring prospects are well informed and ready for the next step.

• Laptop (mandatory).
• Good network (stable internet).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
