A fast-growing FMCG company is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to manage its online presence, create engaging content, and grow brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's social media accounts and daily content.
  • Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and captions.
  • Grow audience engagement and respond to messages/comments.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing social media for a brand or business.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
  • Strong content creation and communication skills.
  • Must reside in or around Isolo (proximity is highly important).
  • Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
