HR Generalist
About this role
Cutix Plc is seeking a mid-level HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across its manufacturing workforce, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data
- Support payroll by managing attendance, leave, overtime and related information
- Handle employee relations and support performance management
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws, HSE requirements and internal standards
- Coordinate training, employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- BA, BSc or HND qualification
- Two to five years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or industrial operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and statutory HR requirements
- Knowledge of pension, NHF, NSITF and PAYE requirements
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI is an advantage
