Own the Group FP&A framework, consolidate multi-entity forecasts and provide a reliable view of performance and outlook across subsidiaries and business units.

• Design the Group forecasting, budgeting and reporting framework.
• Consolidate multi-entity, multi-currency forecasts and accounts.
• Own the annual Group budget calendar and approval process.
• Produce reconciled forecasts and explain variances.
• Run monthly and quarterly Group reporting cycles.
• Build the KPI and unit-economics framework.
• Partner with subsidiary finance leads as standard-setter and consolidator.
• Lead scenario and sensitivity modelling for strategic decisions.
• Set modelling, documentation and sign-off standards.
• Manage and develop Group FP&A analysts.

• 8–10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking.
• Experience building forecasting frameworks from scratch.
• Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience.
• Banking, fintech or regulated fast-growth experience.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to lead remotely across time zones.
• Board and investor reporting experience is preferred.
