Moniepoint is an all-in-one financial platform providing payments, banking, credit and business-management tools.

Lead the design and operation of innovation hubs at three Nigerian universities, building technical talent programmes connected to industry and future career pathways.

• Design the operating model and cohort structure for three hubs.
• Own relationships with university leaders and student bodies.
• Create cross-faculty engagement models.
• Build an industry and mentorship pipeline.
• Design facilitator recruitment and quality standards.
• Own hub facilities, vendors, staffing and budgets.
• Set measures for completion, placement and cohort quality.
• Connect hub graduates with internal talent pathways.

• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading technical training or workforce-development programmes at scale.
• Experience taking a programme from concept to measurable outcomes.
• Senior institutional relationship management experience.
• Understanding of engineering, AI, product and data-science education.
• Experience hiring and managing technical educators.
• Strong programme and budget ownership.
• Edtech, developer education or university-industry partnership experience is preferred.
