• Own inventory, logistics and repair-management architecture.
• Lead an organisation of engineers, managers, QA, SRE and data specialists.
• Platformise supply-chain systems and operational data.
• Improve visibility and trust across device operations.
• Set architecture, reliability and data-integrity standards.
• Translate operational needs into engineering solutions.
• Hire and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.

• 10–15 years of software-engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years writing and shipping production Java.
• 5+ years managing engineering managers.
• Supply chain, inventory, warehouse or logistics software experience.
• Fintech or regulated-industry experience.
• Strong backend skills for distributed operational systems.
• Large-scale systems experience involving many devices.
• Experience managing teams of 20 or more.
