Regional Security Lead (North West)

Moniepoint is a financial technology company providing payment, banking, credit and business management tools for businesses and individuals.

The Regional Security Lead will direct physical security operations in the North West, protect people and assets, manage field teams and strengthen prevention and incident readiness.

• Implement security policies for regional people, offices and equipment.
• Assess sites and identify vulnerabilities and risk-reduction measures.
• Supervise and mentor private guards and armed police personnel.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Lead responses to security breaches and accidents.
• Prepare factual incident and investigation reports.
• Deliver security and emergency-protocol training.
• Maintain CCTV, access-control and related security technology.
• Support asset recovery and fraud investigations.

• At least five years leading a security team or supervising commissioned military, police or paramilitary personnel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Recognized security certification such as CPP, PSP or CPO.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to speak local dialects of major tribes in the assigned region.
• Experience with CCTV, burglary alarms or similar automated security systems.
• Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Composed, proactive judgement in high-pressure situations.
