Head of Investment and Treasury

A group of companies operating in the real estate and hospitality sectors is seeking a Head of Investment and Treasury to lead its capital, investment and liquidity activities.

• Oversee the company’s capital strategy.
• Build a portfolio register and defensible valuation for each holding.
• Assess which holdings should be sold, retained or financed.
• Develop practical routes for converting land assets into realised cash.
• Strengthen treasury and liquidity management.
• Reduce the cost of funds.
• Support investee companies with capital raising.
• Support the organisation’s path towards a listing.

• At least eight years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, development finance, corporate finance or a family-office investment function.
• Experience taking transactions from analysis through completion.
• Demonstrable financial modelling capability.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or an equivalent qualification.
• Sound judgement and integrity.
• Confidence to give clear advice to a principal, including when the message is difficult.
