About this role
The Dynamic Sellers is hiring a creative, result-driven Social Media Manager and Marketer to oversee digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This is a full-time onsite role for candidates who live in the Egbeda, Iyana Ipaja, or Ipaja axes of Lagos.
About the Role
Own organic and paid social for the brand: create engaging content (including AI-assisted workflows), run conversion-focused ad campaigns, and grow community through organic posting and outreach. Remuneration is competitive and depends on portfolio, experience, and quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Generate highly engaging text, image, and video content (knowledge of leveraging AI tools for content creation is a big plus).
- Paid Advertising: Set up, run, and optimize targeted paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to drive conversions.
- Organic Growth and Outreach: Manage organic postings and engage actively in relevant forums and groups to build a community.
Requirements
- Location: Candidates must reside within Egbeda, Iyana Ipaja, or Ipaja axes (Lagos). Please do not apply if you stay far from these locations.
- Experience: Proven track record in social media management, organic growth strategy, and paid ads.
- Skills: Proficiency with content creation tools, video editing for TikTok/Reels, and AI-assisted creation workflows.
