About this role
A real estate company is seeking energetic, confident and excellent communicators to join its team as Retail Marketers
The role involves actively approaching prospective customers in market spaces and other strategic locations, introducing them to real estate products, building interest, following up with prospects and ultimately converting them into customers
Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Qualification: ND
Requirements
- Minimum of ND in any relevant field
- Previous experience in sales, retail marketing, field marketing or customer engagement is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently approach and engage prospective customers
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Ability to explain real estate products clearly and convincingly
- Willingness to work in market spaces and other field locations
- Target-driven, energetic, proactive and confident
- Ability to follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Smart, presentable and professional
This role is particularly suited to individuals who are comfortable meeting people, starting conversations, promoting products and working towards sales targets
