Social Media & Marketing Manager

A building materials company is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, sales, and business growth

The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media, AI tools, and practical marketing strategies, with the ability to identify target customers, reach and convince them, generate enquiries, and convert them into sales

Job Details

• Location: Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Working Days: Monday-Friday
• Compensation: NGN 120,000 per month plus commission (commission is based on total sales generated)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target customers, determine how to reach and convince them, and measure marketing results to increase visibility, enquiries, and sales
• Promote HDF wooden doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and other interior products through social media and other marketing channels
• Generate and convert leads while building partnerships with architects, interior designers, and property developers to expand the customer base and drive sales

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in social media, marketing, or business development
• Strong skills in social media marketing, sales, and customer acquisition
• Confident use of AI tools and modern digital marketing techniques
• Proven ability to generate leads, convert customers, and drive sales
• Creative, proactive, ambitious, and results-driven, with the ability to take ownership of business growth
