Sales Officer (Female)

A store located in Ikeja, Lagos is in need of a female Sales Officer to handle client enquiries, bookings, follow-ups and social media engagement

Job Details

• Location: Ikeja, Lagos
• Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
• Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (1 off day)
• Salary: NGN 120,000 - 150,000 per month plus bonus
• Gender: Female

Responsibilities

• Handling calls, DMs and social media
• Handling clients' enquiries and helping with the bookings process
• Client follow-up, retention and referrals
• Maintaining accurate client and sales records

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc or HND
• Must have completed NYSC
• Excellent communication skills, good initiative and attention to detail
• Basic social media skills

Skills Needed

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Canva, CRM tools and similar
• Able to take very good pictures and videos
• Must be good with social media
• Able to recreate or come up with content ideas
