Marketing Specialist (Intermediate & Senior)

Cavista is seeking Intermediate and Senior Marketing Specialists to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and partnerships
- Manage and optimise SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising and email marketing campaigns
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions
- Collaborate with creative, product and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals
- Plan and execute events, webinars and conferences
- Track campaign performance, report KPIs and optimise ROI
- Lead content strategy and maintain consistent brand messaging
- Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and SEO tools to measure performance
- Support PR, media engagement and corporate communications
- Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- 4-6+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven experience delivering successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email and content marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar tools
- Strong analytical, communication, project management and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teams and manage multiple initiatives
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage
