Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Develop a good knowledge of the company's products to answer customer questions effectively
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, or BSc
- Experience in customer support
- Comfortable using computers
- Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Must reside on the Lagos Mainland
