Hoop Telecoms is hiring an IT Support Officer to provide hands-on helpdesk and systems support across Windows and macOS environments in Lagos

Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration role
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows / macOS operating systems
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and VoIP / IP telephony setup (e.g. Grandstream or similar)
- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routers, switches)
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
