A company in Surulere, Lagos is hiring an In-House Content Creator to develop short-form video concepts, film and edit social content, and help grow an engaged online community

Job Details

• Location: Surulere, Lagos (candidates can reside in Surulere and surrounding areas)
• Work Mode: On-site
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Salary: NGN 150,000 monthly
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives available

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, hooks and scripts for short-form videos
• Plan, film and edit high-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms
• Create engaging, relatable and trend-led content
• Keep up with social media trends, formats, sounds and conversations
• Help build an engaged online community through creative content and daily audience engagement

Requirements

• Proven ability to create engaging short-form content
• Good understanding of TikTok culture, Instagram Reels and social media trends
• Ability to film and edit videos using CapCut, InShot or similar tools
• Strong storytelling, communication and creative thinking skills
• Must be willing to commit to the role for a minimum of 12 months
