Job Summary
Roxbury Homes is looking for a proactive, organised and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, improve operational efficiency and ensure the smooth running of the business
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the company's day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Supervise staff, delegate tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure efficient use of resources
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, manage teams and work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools
Salary
NGN 150,000 - 180,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
