The Graduate Trainee Programme offers structured learning, hands-on experience, and exposure to real business operations within the QSR industry. Successful candidates will be trained in their areas of interest (Finance, Audit, or Marketing), with opportunities to grow across relevant functions based on performance and business needs
Job Details
- Location: Victoria Island (VI) and Berger, Lagos
- Work Arrangement: On-site
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: NGN 120,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations within assigned departments
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning
- Assist with assigned projects and tasks
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Comply with company policies and operational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields
- 0-2 years' work experience (NYSC completed)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is key)
- Interest in the QSR and food industry
