Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot basic system and connectivity issues
- Assist with software installation, system updates, and routine IT maintenance
- Support staff in resolving technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
- Maintain IT equipment and ensure compliance with the bank's IT policies
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline
- Good understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and provide technical support in a banking environment
- Previous work experience is not mandatory
