An online retail business in Ajah, Lagos is urgently recruiting a Female Customer and Order Assistant to manage customer inquiries, orders and deliveries
Job Details
- Location: Ajah, Lagos
- Work Type: Full-time, On-site
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: NGN 90,000 - 100,000 monthly (after a satisfactory performance review)
Responsibilities
- Post products on Instagram and respond to WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries
- Convert inquiries to orders and handle customer complaints
- Pick, verify and pack orders, and track deliveries
- Book courier pickups and update orders on Bumpa
- Maintain an organised packing and inventory area
Requirements
- Female
- SSCE minimum
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good communication, typing and basic smartphone photography skills
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
- Honest, organised and reliable
- Must reside in Ajah or its environs
