Project Manager - Storage Projects and CNG/LNG Gas Projects

Stockgap Fuels Limited is seeking an experienced engineering and project management professional to lead major storage infrastructure projects, including propane and fuel oil/bitumen storage facilities, alongside CNG and LNG plant developments

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, welding, testing, safety assurance and commissioning of storage facilities
• Lead concept selection, FEED, technology licensing and EPC integration for CNG and LNG projects
• Manage project controls, cost forecasts, reporting and stage-gate reviews
• Ensure HAZOP, SIL, PSSR and MOC actions are closed before introducing hydrocarbons
• Coordinate statutory approvals with NMDPRA, NIMASA (where applicable), Fire Service and NESREA
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering, safety and quality standards

Requirements

• BEng or BSc in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum or Process Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in oil and gas capital projects, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer
• Proven experience delivering pressurised or atmospheric storage facilities, such as spheres, bullets or tank farms
• Strong knowledge of API 650/620/2510, ASME VIII, NDT standards, HAZOP, SIL and PSSR
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• COREN registration and FEED-to-EPC gas project experience are strong advantages
