- Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: NGN 200,000 - 500,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Support construction cost estimation and project budgeting
- Assist with cost planning, quantity measurements, and financial assessments
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to achieve cost-effective outcomes
- Apply construction knowledge to project planning and cost control
- Maintain accurate records and support project documentation
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Quantity Surveying
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Sound knowledge of construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good negotiation, planning, and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
