About this role
Timekeepers International Limited, a retailer and distributor of watches, jewellery and accessories, is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to drive sales, maintain customer relationships and deliver excellent in-store service
Job Details
- Location: Asaba, Delta State (onsite)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Qualification: BSc or HND
- Job Field: Sales and Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and respond to enquiries about the company's products
- Serve walk-in customers and encourage repeat purchases through excellent customer service
- Build relationships with existing clients and support market penetration
- Promote sales and represent the company professionally
- Stay informed about the brands and products sold
- Handle product merchandising and provide after-sales support
- Prepare weekly reports and perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- BSc or HND
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption letter
- Good customer service, communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the retail market (retail sales experience is an advantage)
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work flexibly and stand for long periods
- Must reside in Asaba or nearby areas
