Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow sales of RPM brands and Fuchs lubricants in Nigeria
- Develop new business opportunities through direct sales visits and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable engineering products and solutions
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical advice to customers
- Support product demonstrations, exhibitions, negotiations and the overall sales process
- Monitor market trends, customer activities and competitors
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Maintain product knowledge and protect the company's pricing and profitability
Requirements
- BSc or HND in a relevant field (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is an added advantage)
- Sales experience, with no more than 3 years required
- Experience selling engineering spares or lubricants is an advantage
- Experience serving FMCG, food and beverage, construction or cement industries is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build client relationships and work towards sales targets
- Self-motivated, resilient and performance-driven
