Sales Executive (Loan Sales)

PennyLender is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to generate leads, grow its loan portfolio, build strong customer relationships and follow up on disbursed loans
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, networking and other business development activities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote the company's loan and financial products to prospective customers
- Assess customers' financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Support customers with loan applications and documentation
- Follow up on disbursed loans and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in loan sales, banking, fintech, microfinance, business development, relationship management or customer service
- Must currently sell loan products, such as SME, travel, salary, collateralized or asset-backed loans
- Must have an existing loan portfolio and reside in Lagos State
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and relationship-building skills
