Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to assigned customer support requests within agreed timelines
- Provide periodic reports on cases treated, trend analysis and ad hoc management reports
- Report observed system challenges, bugs and desired new features on the platform
- Facilitate user training and product demonstrations for new and prospective users
- Escalate technical issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Re-engage customers who are no longer active on the platform
- Follow up on negative feedback and resolve customer complaints conclusively
- Communicate relevant system updates to registered users
Requirements
- BSc degree
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
