The Ideal Candidate

• You must belong to the NYSC 2026 batch
• You must have strong negotiation skills
• You must understand the sales process (recruitment is a two-way sales process - selling the role to candidates and selling the candidates to clients)
• No prior experience is required, but you must be smart, focused and passionate
• You must be very technology savvy, as technology drives the business
• Your communication skills must be excellent
• You must be very detail oriented
