Manufacturing Accountant

Job Details

• Locations: Ilupeju (Lagos) and Lenuwa (Ogun State) - Onsite
• Net Salary: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 monthly, plus other benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax filings
• Monitor and reconcile inventory, raw materials, and production costs
• Implement and oversee cost accounting systems to track manufacturing expenses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage
• 2 to 4 years' experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial company
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory control
• Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
